Interested candidates should possess a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognised university; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage, with a minimum of 7 years of continuous banking experience in sales and credit with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
