We have big ambitions in changing how enterprise software is built and delivered, and we are seeking similarly ambitious professionals to join us in our journey. <a href="https://www.notion.so/Working-at-Priceloop-ed8b4424550c4d0a92d7c34a0f240ded">Learn more about working at Priceloop</a>.<br><br>What you’ll work on:<br><ul><li>As our first hire in the Customer Support function, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience using our platform</li><li>Onboarding: You’ll have a full ownership of our onboarding process by leading our customers through the operational tasks of the onboarding in an efficient manner</li><li>Account Management: you'll be the primary contact for our customers via various channels (incl. email, phone or Zoom) to help them navigate our platform, especially with functionalities that are not self-service yet</li><li>Cross-team Collaboration: you’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to solve customer tickets and other inquiries</li><li>You will manage our CRM HubSpot to make sure all information is up to date and organized</li></ul><ul><li>You have already gained your first experience in a customer facing role (Customer Service / Operations, SDR, Sales, etc.), B2B/SaaS experience would be a strong advantage</li><li>You are familiar with customer service ticketing tools such as Hubspot, Dixa, Zendesk or similar</li><li>You are <strong>fluent in German</strong> and have good English skills</li><li>You have experience with Google Sheets</li><li>You are a strong team player and have good communication skills</li><li>You have a strong interest and willingness to learn in the field of Business-to-Business Software as a Service as well as e-commerce pricing</li></ul>&nbsp;<strong><a href="https://www.notion.so/Working-at-Priceloop-ed8b4424550c4d0a92d7c34a0f240ded">What will make you a perfect fit:</a></strong><br><ul><li>You’re a self starter</li><li>You’re ambitious but humble</li><li>You speak up</li><li>You embrace team over self</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible working hours, home office &amp; fully remote options</li><li>Competitive compensation packages including ESOP</li><li>1000 EUR annual budget for your development (courses, conferences, etc.)</li><li>Uncapped holiday</li><li>13 or 16 MacBookPro / Linux machine with all the equipment needed for your work</li><li>Regular team events (as far as covid 19 allows)</li><li>Work closely with the founders</li><li>Lots of excellent coffee</li></ul><br> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/priceloop-junior-customer-support-specialist-german-speaking">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/priceloop-junior-customer-support-specialist-german-speaking</a></p>
