At the same time, we navigate the <strong>complex legal landscape</strong> of the cannabis industry, ensuring our platform remains compliant and future-proof.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Team Structure</strong></h1><p>Our <strong>total team size is over 200 people</strong>:</p><p><strong>The development team is distributed globally </strong>and organized into <strong>cross-functional product teams.</strong> These teams typically consist of 8–12 members, including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. <br>Each team is led by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring effective collaboration and clear direction.<br>Meanwhile, our<strong> CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA</strong>, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.</p><p></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></h1><ul><li><p><strong>Own eCommerce product vision &amp; strategy:</strong> Define a long-term vision and strategy for digital commerce experiences (online ordering, pickup/delivery flows, in-store kiosks), aligned with company goals and customer needs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Lead and grow PM team:</strong> Coach, mentor, and set direction for Product Managers; support hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build and maintain a strategic roadmap:</strong> Create a clear, outcome-driven roadmap; communicate priorities and tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional partners.</p></li><li><p><strong>Partner with leadership &amp; stakeholders:</strong> Work closely with VP of Product, CEO, Customer Success, Sales/Account teams, and Engineering leadership to align priorities and guide decisions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive discovery and prioritization:</strong> Lead customer research, problem framing, and solution discovery; ensure prioritization is grounded in customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own execution excellence:</strong> Coordinate across product, design, engineering, ops, and data to deliver high-quality outcomes on time; proactively remove. </p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h1><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years</strong> experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.</p></li><li><p><strong>2+ years</strong> experience as a Lead PM / Group PM / Head of Product area (people leadership).</p></li><li><p><strong>B2B product experience</strong> (enterprise/SaaS): building products for business customers, working with customer success/sales feedback loops, and balancing multiple stakeholder needs.</p></li><li><p>Technical understanding of the product and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team. </p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and customers.</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder-focused mindset – anticipates what people need, communicates early and often, and keeps teams on the same page.</p></li><li><p>Additionally, you excel in creating exceptional products and driving metrics growth.</p></li><li><p><strong>English: Advanced (C1+)</strong> — confident in executive communication, customer calls, and written documentation.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What Else Matters?</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>Proactivity </strong>– We love team members who take initiative and provide feedback</p></li><li><p><strong>Critical thinking</strong> – We value problem-solvers who think beyond just writing code</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptability</strong> – Our industry is evolving fast, and we need people who thrive in change</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>What We Offer</strong></h1><ul><li><p><strong>Salary in USD</strong> (B2B contract with the US company)</p></li><li><p><strong>100% remote</strong> – We’re a remote-first company, no offices needed!</p></li><li><p><strong>Flexible working hours</strong> – Core team time: 09:00-15:00 GMT (flexible per team)</p></li><li><p><strong>20 paid vacation</strong> days per year</p></li><li><p><strong>12 holidays</strong> per year</p></li><li><p><strong>3 sick leave</strong> days</p></li><li><p><strong>Medical insurance </strong>after probation</p></li><li><p><strong>Equipment </strong>reimbursement (laptops, monitors, etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>Hiring Process</strong></h1><ul><li><p><strong>Recruiter Call</strong> (1 hour) – Includes a short English check</p></li><li><p><strong>Interview with VP of Product </strong> (1 hour)</p></li><li><p><strong>Roundtable with Heads </strong>(up to 1 hour) - collaboration &amp; cultural fit</p></li><li><p><strong>Final Interview </strong>(1 hour) - Chat with our CEO</p></li></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/sweed-head-of-product-ecommerce">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/sweed-head-of-product-ecommerce</a></p>
