Baker – West Rand Baking qualification. Must be an experienced baker in a commercial bakery. Strong understanding of various bakery processes: bread, pastry and confectionary commercial production. Outgoing personality. Ability to adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges. Excellent business English, to communicate on management level. Train, demonstrate and share information. Planning, organising, leading and controlling skills.
