As the region's leading platform for customer prospecting and supplier discovery, we help companies make smarter, data-driven decisions about their business relationships. We're growing rapidly and expanding our suite of solutions that combine deep business intelligence with modern, intuitive tools.      Position: Growth Product Manager    We're seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on driving user engagement and cross-product adoption while facilitating seamless integration between Dunsguide and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products. You'll join our cross-functional team, working closely with developers, designers, and fellow product managers in operations and marketing.    Responsibilities    <ul> <li>Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics while maintaining a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and analyze conversion funnels throughout the customer journey, from initial platform engagement to premium features adoption </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead the strategic connection between Dunsguide and CIAL360 (decisioning platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessment </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with data and business service layer teams to define and implement necessary API integrations and data sharing protocols </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with product marketing to develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling within the CIAL DNB ecosystem </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understanding </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior management </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and broader company objectives </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Mentor team members and promote best practices in product development </li> </ul>     Qualifications    <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on growth initiatives </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex.
