Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Interrand Group is recruiting to fill the position of: Chief Operations Officer (COO). The position is located in Abuja. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, preferably within the real estate, property development, or construction industry. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field with 5 - 8 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or executive management role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development sector.
