Group Head, Asset Reliability & QHSE

Bridgemead Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Group Head, Asset Reliability & QHSE. The position is located in Lagos State. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that critical assets are safe, reliable, available, and maintained to required standards while driving improvements in operational performance, quality compliance, safety outcomes, environmental management, and regulatory compliance. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Mining, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in heavy industry, including steel, mining, energy, oil and gas, cement, manufacturing, or similar asset-intensive operations.
