Collection Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct collection activities and follow up with customers via phone calls.
  
• Manage and follow up on accounts within assigned collection buckets.
  
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
  
• Monitor, record, and report collection activities and results regularly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution.
  

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  
• Minimum of an SSCE in a related field.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to meet assigned targets.
  
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  

Location: Surulere, Lagos Mainland

Remuneration: NGN100,000.00 Monthly
 

Performance Pay: NGN 120,000.00
