Team Lead - Customer Operations

MTN Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position of: Team Lead - Customer Operation. The position is located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Interested candidates should possess a First Degree in any relevant discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage with 3 - 7 years experience which includes: experience working in a medium organization, experience in a customer-facing operations environment, experience in a supervisory role, experience in query resolution, and experience in general ledger reconciliations.
