<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is tasked with ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure<br>management of all Point-of-Sale (POS) inventory, including terminals, spare parts, and work<br>tools. This role is crucial for maintaining operational continuity and facilitating efficient<br>distribution by establishing robust procedures. Key responsibilities include optimizing<br>inventory levels, minimizing costs, and maintaining complete auditability throughout the<br>inventory lifecycle. Furthermore, the Inventory Manager must ensure that all POS devices<br>and spare parts under their jurisdiction strictly adhere to the unit's Standard Operating<br>Procedures (SOP), while the inventory management team consistently employs best<br>practices.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>● Inventory Control & Accuracy: Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control<br>procedures to ensure high accuracy levels between physical stock and system<br>records. Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.<br>● Terminal & Parts Flow Management: Oversee the end-to-day movement of terminals<br>and parts. Ensure faulty terminals are pushed to technicians daily and repaired<br>terminals are accepted from QA accurately and timely, confirming both physical and<br>logical matches.<br>● Stock Optimization: Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand, minimize<br>stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and optimize inventory turnover rates. Establish<br>and maintain reorder points and safety stock levels.<br>● System & Process Improvement: Implement and manage inventory management<br>systems to improve visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous<br>improvement initiatives to streamline processes.<br>● Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and mentor inventory staff. Ensure<br>team compliance with all inventory procedures and best practices.<br>● Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with procurement, Partnerships,<br>DNS, and repair teams to align inventory levels with operational needs. Manage<br>relationships with third-party logistic partners and OEMs.<br>● Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on inventory performance (e.g.,<br>turnover rates, accuracy, carrying costs). Ensure compliance with company policies<br>and regulatory requirements.<br>● Cost Management: Identify and implement strategies to reduce carrying costs,<br>minimize obsolescence, and dispose of excess or obsolete inventory appropriately.<br>Qualifications and Requirements<br>Education<br>● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,<br>or a related field.<br>Experience<br>● Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations,<br>or a similar role, preferably within a repair center, distribution, or retail environment.<br>● Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.<br>● Hands-on experience with inventory management software and proficiency in<br>Microsoft Excel.<br>Skills<br>● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven<br>decisions to optimize inventory.<br>● Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all inventory records<br>and processes.<br>● Leadership: Excellent team management, training, and mentoring abilities.<br>● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective<br>collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.<br>● Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.<br>● Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet<br>deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p>
